Tab cycling through ReAction string.gadgets

As of V37, Intuition string gadgets can be put in a group you can "cycle through", activating the next/previous string by clicking Tab/Shift-Tab. This is done by setting the GFLG_TABCYCLE flag for each gadget in the group.

Is there a similar funtionality for ReAction string.gadgets?

Try GA_TabCycle,TRUE.

Thanks, works fine. Strange that the string.gadget autodoc does not mention the GA_TabCycle tag, one might think that it is ignored in ReAction.

TabCycle is not specific to strings. All BOOPSI gadgets can stay active even if the mouse button is not pressed any more. GA_TabCycle exists as long as GFLG_TABCYCLE. It has nothing to do with ReAction, it's BOOPSI feature.

The more it surprises me that the autodocs fail to mention this specific tag - other BOOPSI tags (the GA_ ones) are included in the autodoc if they are meaningful for the particular gadget. I see no reason why GA_TabCycle should be handled differently.

Perhaps it's time to update the gadget autodocs?
